Richard spent over 30 years in ICI in Engineering and Manufacturing management and as an internal Manufacturing Consultant. He has been a visiting fellow in the Centre for Business Performance since 2001 working in support of the Business Performance and Public Sector Roundtables. He was, until recently, also a visiting fellow at the Institute for Manufacturing at Cambridge University. His interests now extend to the “third sector” as a trustee / director of the Mayfair Community Centre in Church Stretton.
