The Cranfield New Zealand Alumni Scholarship
New Zealander
The New Zealand alumni of Cranfield School of Management, in partnership with the School, offer the Cranfield New Zealand Alumni Scholarship for outstanding New Zealand MBA candidates.
Programme: Full-time MBA
Value: £31,000 (full tuition fees) plus NZ$10,000 contribution to living expenses and £1,000 from the NZ-UK Link Foundation towards airfares.
Number of awards: 1 (but see FAQs)
Scholarship details: The scholarship is open to anyone of New Zealand origin (New Zealand citizen or permanent resident) who intends to return to work in New Zealand within a reasonable time period after completion of the MBA.
Requirements: There is a parallel application process: application for entry onto the MBA programme and application for the scholarship.
For the programme, complete and submit your MBA application form to Cranfield in the normal way by 1 May 2010. Successful applicants will then be interviewed for their eligibility for entry by telephone, unless they are able to visit Cranfield. The School will confirm offers of places within a few days of the interview.
For the scholarship, complete a separate scholarship application form by 29 May 2010. Successful applicants will be short-listed and interviewed by a panel including a Cranfield alumnus and a representative of the NZ-UK Link Foundation. Interviews will take place in June 2010 either in Wellington, Auckland or London; other venues may be arranged. The decision will be made shortly thereafter.
