Until now customisation and accreditation have been difficult to achieve together.
Recognising the growing need amongst our corporate clients to offer accreditation to the managers they are developing as leaders, we now provide an accredited, three stage development programme, that can culminate in a Masters qualification in Strategic Leadership from Cranfield University.
This recognised qualification can be customised, either in content or mode of delivery, in order to achieve maximum impact for both the individual and the organisation.
Broadly, the structure of the programme is:
Post Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership
For those in management and leadership positions whom the organisation wishes to develop as leaders. The focus of the Certificate is on understanding and interpreting the business and being able to critique the appropriateness of current strategy, process and policy, especially in the area of change management.
Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership
For those who have completed either the Certificate or a similar qualification. The Diploma focuses on the design and development of a vision, on strategic options and on plans designed to support a change that will move your business or department forward.
MSc in Strategic Leadership
For those who have successfully completed the Diploma and who wish to develop the capability for independent research, integrating their previous studies whilst applying them to a business related project.
