We are a team of 45, specialising in providing customised development interventions around the world.
The team is made up of:
- Executive Development Directors who combine extensive experience in designing and delivering customised development interventions with knowledge of the breadth of faculty expertise available across Cranfield School of Management and the wider Cranfield University
- A Learning Services team with specialists in talent identification, assessment for development, development centre design and delivery, Networked Learning and Business Simulations
- Experienced Client Project Managers and support staff who provide the logistics and administrative expertise that ensures complex projects run smoothly for our clients
- A Business Development Team who will support you in the early stages and throughout your relationship with Cranfield.
