The International Centre for Programme Management (ICPM), in partnership with Hewlett Packard (the world's largest technology solutions and services company), is executung a portfolio of R&D activities, in pursuit of innovation in the way that organisations, their clients and suppliers, deliver complex programmes and projects.
With ever-increasing levels of complexity, existing processes and management practices are often insufficient to deliver all the business benefits expected from the implementation of large projects and programmes.
