Our philosophy
We see our research as the first step in a development process that results in realised benefits. Working with industry partners we engage with the best in current scholarship to produce rigorous and relevant research reports.
Development process
Producing the research is the first step towards realised benefits. We then:
- Productise: channel our findings into an appropriate product (document, workshop, teaching materials, etc.)
- Prototype: working with an industry partner in a real life situation produce a preliminary version to establish proof of concept
- Pilot: incorporating lessons learned from the prototype our industry partner, with our input, runs a pilot scheme to test the findings further and demonstrate their value
- Roll-out: our partner then implements the change in their organisation. A change that is practical, focused and relevant to their needs and operations.
