Operational Performance Management

Maximising your Operational Performance

This programme will show you how to maximise your organisation’s performance and achieve operational excellence.   You will look at how to effectively implement performance management initiatives and understand how to use information successfully to improve performance.

If booked with Strategic Performance Management, on consecutive dates, the total price will be £3700 + VAT.
