Who is the programme for?
All managers actively involved in strategy thinking and practice. Delegates are from all functions, industry sectors and organisational size. The typical line manager on this course will have or be about to get P+L responsibility. The course is also relevant for specialist functional managers, such as those in HR or IT, who are beginning to contribute to the strategy process.
Sending two or more managers from different functions will give a number of different perspectives of the strategy process and the material will be more customised to the organisation’s needs.
