What will I get out of the programme?
You will have:
- An awareness of your strengths and weaknesses as a leader, and of practical ways to enhance and exploit your skills

What is the programme about?
You will look at the changing needs of your role as a leader and the appropriateness of your current leadership style. You will also analyse your leadership style and explore how you can enhance it to meet the challenges ahead.
During the masterclass you will learn what makes a great leader, understand the difference between leadership and management and identify your own leadership challenges and strengths by looking at just how frequently you put into practice the essential leadership behaviours. You will develop your own action plan for moving from 'good' to 'great' in becoming a leader who is:
- Challenging
- Inspirational
- Enabling and empowering
- A superb role model
- A creator of heroes!
You will leave as a more confident and more capable leader, fully aware of where you are on your personal leadership journey and of the practical next steps you should take. And you will have fun and meet a fascinating group of individuals all struggling with their own leadership challenges!
Each masterclass is limited to a maximum of ten participants, to allow delegates to work together on in-depth analysis and give and receive feedback on all aspects of leadership capability.
Before attending your masterclass, you and your work colleagues and direct reports will be invited to complete on-line the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). This will give you a unique 360 degree view of your leadership behaviours. It focuses more on what you are observed to DO right now than on your personality or potential. It will therefore give you very practical ideas on how to move forward on your own private leadership journey. On arrival at the masterclass you will be given an individual 15 page analysis report which allows you to compare your own scores with those of observers, benchmarks you against all in the data base and provides very specific feedback on how you are perceived by those you manage and work with.
