  • Realities of business leadership roles
  • Managing organisational power and politics
  • Teamwork and relationships at the top.

Working with peers on a real strategy project, in a highly competitive industry, tests your ability to influence strategy. Feedback from peers and tutors helps you to clarify your leadership strengths and potential and to develop your strategic influence.

Short pragmatic presentations that challenge conventional wisdom about organisational power, politics, teams, teamwork and relationships provide vital insights into the reality of influencing at the top.

You will identify specific actions to increase your effectiveness in initiating change.

Development sessions that reveal how people successfully balance personal and business demands promote clarity and confidence about managing a career at the top.
