Managerial experience	At least 10 years' strong functional specialist background; limited general management experience.

Input to company strategy	Input to strategy development, but major role in implementation.

Career prospects	Moving from strong functional/specialist management to exert much wider organisational influence.

Overall focus of the programme	Develops a broad general management perspective, enabling managers to overcome specialist/functional limits and add more value across a wider range of strategic issues.

Length of programme	12 days, residential + review module

Cranfield (12 days), residential + 1 day Review Module (after 3 months) + 1 day Review Module (after 12 months).
