Managerial experience	Approximately one to five years' experience in a position involving managerial responsibility.

Input to company strategy	Little formal input to strategy formulation as yet; primary role is implementation.

Qualifications	May have academic or professional qualifications, or have risen to present position because of technical experience or ability.

Career prospects	High potential for assuming greater responsibilities within the organisation; will advance quickly.

Overall focus of the programme	Develops greater organisational visibility, credibility and maturity in high potential managers.

Length of programme	12 days, residential + review module

12 days, residential + 1 day Review Module (after 3 months) + 1 day Review Module (after 12 months)
