The Progress Review Module at the end of your management training programme in no way marks the end of the relationship between you and Cranfield. We are committed to our relationship with you and strongly encourage you to remain in touch to continue your personal and professional development. Ongoing support and advice
For as long as you wish after the programme, you have access to the tutorial team and the Programme Director to discuss business and career decisions. We are also the active hub of an email network set up at the end of the programme to allow communication and networking between participants. Through these support processes relationships often last for a significant number of years.
Membership of Cranfield’s International Alumni Network
The programme fee includes one year’s membership of the Cranfield Management Association, our international network of 9,000 active alumni members. Through CMAWorld, the network’s website, members are able to establish contact with alumni and business professionals worldwide, keep in touch with the School of Management and Faculty, and access an extensive resource of information and activities that support continued management, career and personal development. Membership entitles you to a 20% discount if you book a place for yourself on any other of Cranfield’s executive development short courses.
Other development opportunities
We can advise you about further development possibilities, including executive coaching and mentoring, that will build on your experience of the General Management Development Programmes. Alternatively, you may like us to arrange a short-term job swap for you with someone from a different business sector, or for you to shadow a senior executive in another business..
