Research Clubs

Our areas of research include:

  • The Customer Management Forum is a club of companies working with Cranfield to develop best practice in building profitable relationships in today's multi-channel world.
  • The Key Account Management Research Club is our other research club, focusing specifically on KAM. The member organisations sponsor and influence research into KAM best practice as well as learning from each other.
  • The Marketing Measurement & Accountability Forum helps companies develop tools and processes with which to assess marketing investment thereby increasing its efficiency and making marketing more accountable.
