Our areas of research include:

  • The Key Account Management Research Club is a research club focusing specifically on KAM. The member organisations sponsor and influence research into KAM best practice as well as learning from each other
  • The Customer Management Forum is a club of companies working with Cranfield to develop best practice in building profitable relationships in today's multi-channel world. This also incorporates the previous Marketing Measurement and Accountability Forum.
  • Doctoral Opportunities are available within the Centre for Strategic Marketing and Sales.
  • Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) are a UK-wide programme enabling businesses to improve their competitiveness, productivity and performance.
