Your Masters course
Develop your skills, knowledge and confidence in performance management
The Executive (part-time) Masters in Managing Organisational Performance is a two-year modular masters course and commences in February each year.
Driven by industry and research, this Masters course provides practical and thorough research-grounded knowledge of planning performance outcomes, managing performance, measuring performance and reviewing performance.
The course includes an in-company group project and an individual research project, so you will have the opportunity to focus on issues of importance to you and your organisations.
You will study alongside experienced professionals from a broad range of industries in both the private and public sectors working within the field of performance management.
This diverse range of professionals helps to encourage participation, self-development and team working. You will learn from each other, challenge preconceptions and extend your own knowledge, providing a dynamic and rich learning experience.
"The Masters Managing Organisational performance has really opened my eyes about performance management. The course is an excellent mix of theory and practical applications that have made a significant improvement to the way we manage performance at Country Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service."
