Professors David Grayson and Andrew Kakabadse have an article "Sustainable Business Leadership. Take it from the top" published in the February 2013 edition of Ethical Corporation magazine.

This joint Doughty Centre publication with Business in the Community was launched at the Prince of Wale’s Seeing is Believing report-back session at St James’s Palace on January 29th by Phil Hodkinson who is a non-executive director of BT plc, Travelex Holdings and Resolution Ltd. Phil also wrote the foreword to the report. The report is both a summary of quantitative and qualitative research undertaken during 2012 into how boards organise oversight and governance of Corporate Responsibility; and a think-piece commentary inviting discussion and debate within and amongst corporate boards about how to improve oversight and governance in future. The past, present and future of alliances for sustainable capitalism” by David Grayson, director of the Doughty Centre, and Jane Nelson, director of the CSR Initiative at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard, published by Greenleaf Publishing.
