Each time you return to work, you will have gained practical ability that you can start applying to your organisation immediately. Your Individual Research Project is carried out within your own organisation or on a related theme of your choosing. This is your chance to focus on particular problems or issues in your own situation and deliver significant advantage to your organisation.
You will work closely with your individual research project supervisor, who will provide expert guidance, advice and insights into leading-edge thinking and practice in your subject area. They will offer unrivalled support throughout the entire project, both whilst you are here and between modules when you return to work.
