Coaching
NEW! Open Executive Coaching Programme: Coaching below the surface – a systems psychodynamic approach to working with teams and individuals
Sometimes the most helpful, effective support and development for individuals to personally manage the transition in their lives/careers can be one to one coaching.
The greatest advantage of coaching is that the focus is totally on ‘YOU’. At the core are your requirements for your personal and business development. This attention is given in a confidential, safe environment with a high calibre coach who will provide a truly transformational experience and the best possible result.
What might it help me with?
- Understanding and expanding your Leadership/Management style and its impact
- Understanding your emotional reaction to events: developing EQ, managing stress levels and building resilience
- The opportunity to work through people management situations and business issues
- Understanding and developing helpful strategies to manage the “political” organisational landscape
- Creating effective strategies for obtaining support and resources
- Career development: CVs, interview techniques and performance development
- Managing organisational restructures at an emotional and pragmatic level
- A sounding board for exploring possibilities, choices available, decisions and next steps
- Insights into relationship dynamics and how to build and improve
- Challenging limiting beliefs, assumptions and paradigms that might be sabotaging progression and success
- Working with self-confidence and gravitas
- The opportunity to perhaps evaluate and understand what is truly important to you, what needs to change and how to mobilise the necessary resources to achieve a successful, sustainable new way of being
Who are the coaches?
The Praxis Centre’s faculty of over twenty coaches are very skilled in a wide variety of coaching techniques, systems and approaches which are drawn upon to bring about the best possible results for the coachee. Our faculty come with strong backgrounds of their own in the world of business from which they draw upon a mix of both business strategy and psychology. They understand your challenges - they have faced them themselves, and they can help you to do the same. They are experienced in coaching people through transitional times in their lives, business issues, difficult conversation/people and performance. The coaches also lecture and facilitate on many of our open and customised programmes.
