An Executive Retreat
In April, an Executive Retreat programme will be held at Cranfield. Retreat leader Miki Walleczek aims to help participants change the way they think about the world and its possibilities in order to achieve exceptional business results. Miki’s philosophy is that organisational change comes from personal transformation: a transformation which includes changing the way participants think about themselves, their relationships with others and their relationships to the future. Two past participants:
“The experience on the retreat was unique."
Ed Adshead Grant, VP, First Data International
"The bigger thing for me was recognising that I had lived a life concerned with what other people had thought about me. From a professional perspective, If you are prepared to invest three and a half days on the Executive Retreat, the return on your investment will be life long”.
Jane Adshead Grant, Ashvale Consultancy
The Executive Retreat programme is running from 25 to 28 April at the Cranfield Management Development Centre. Please contact Emmanuelle Clément, tel: + 44 1234 754439.
