Faculty expertise

Cranfield’s leading–edge faculty in Programme and Project Management

Cranfield University has, arguably, the largest project and programme community in comparison with other academic institutions in the UK. We are one of the select few UK Universities to be a member of the Major Projects Association (MPA).

Driven by industry and research, leading authorities in this field have contributed to the development of this innovative Masters course. You will be taught by Cranfield University academic staff at the Defence Academy - College of Management and Technology, in Shrivenham.

Our faculty are highly respected across the globe for ground breaking research and the extensive impact they have had in challenging traditional approaches to PPM, shaping modern PPM processes. They have worked with major organisations from the public and private sectors and have extensive experience in the defence environment.

Their ongoing research and work with global organisations drive the content of this programme, so you can be confident that you will develop the key skills needed to create, manage and maximise successful performance management systems.

Our full-time faculty team is supported by a diverse team of international visiting industry speakers and professors.

"The delivery of the course is excellent, with professors and guest speakers who are world experts in each field. They focus on the key strategic issues that programme managers are grappling with, and I was able to immediately relate and apply my learning to my current work.”
