If your degree is not equivalent to a UK Honours Degree 2:2 or above or you do not qualify for entry on to the course through relevant work experience, GMAT may be required. Having taken into consideration all your application details the Course Director may still require you to undertake the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) and obtain a minimum score of 550 with analytical writing of 4.0.
GMAT (Graduate Management Admissions Test) is a computer-adaptive test that is available, year-round, at test centres throughout the world. The GMAT measures basic verbal, mathematical and analytical writing skills. Further details can be obtained on the website: www.mba.com. Training courses are available and POWERPREP software can be downloaded from the website to familiarise yourself with the kinds of questions asked on the test. A balanced score of at least 600 is required.
GMAT is a decision which is made solely by the Course Director.
If you have a significant amount of relevant work experience, you may still be eligible to apply. Please feel free to e-mail the Admissions contact for your course of choice, for further information and/or clarification.
Who should my references be from?
Ideally, we ask for at least one Reference to be academic. If, however, you have been away from academia for a number of years and this is no longer possible, we may accept two professional references.
