These case study relationships are a fantastic way for you to gain crucial external insight on important business issues and, in return for some of your time, could help you to add value within your organisation.
DEVELOPING PEOPLE AND GLOBAL CAREERS
Pauline Dunn would be interested in talking with senior HR practitioners or corporate leaders in networked or N-Form organisations who are interested in how HR can facilitate effective cross boundary working via leadership and team working. Email
Paul Hughes would like to talk to organisations from a consumer, manufacturing, professional services and public sector setting, to participate in a study to understand better the way that line managers deal with the people management aspects of their roles. Email

INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Tony Gerth would be interested in discussing with Chief Information Officers their experience in taking charge in a new assignment. The research is focused on the dynamics of the process of the first 2-3 years of taking charge in the new role. Email

Carol Kelleher would be interested in talking with organisations from all sectors, but particularly the mobile telecommunications sector, who are interested in building customer communities online. Her research examines how customers create value for themselves and for organisations. Email

Yaser Masoudnia would like to talk to middle managers and employees who are involved with Product Development or Research and Development. His research focuses on innovative ideas and projects initiated by employees to benefit their organisation. Email

Nima Fallah would like to talk to managers and leaders who are utilising Communities of Practice (CoPs) and Knowledge Networks within their organizations. Nima is interested in exploring the leadership role of senior management with regards to the development of CoPs within international institutions. Email

MARKET, SALES AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
Adina Poenaru would like to talk to organisations from consumer services industries who are implementing segmentation strategies, to participate in a study looking at best practices and performance outcomes of implementing segmentation. Email
PROGRAMME AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ruth Murray-Webster is interested in speaking to organisations who can offer access for her to research a case of a strategically significant planned change in their organisation. It needs to be something that hasn't finished yet, but has been going for more than 6 months. It can be a success story - something you think is going really well, or it can be an example of where you are struggling to achieve the benefits that you want from the investment. Email
