News

On 14 June at The Hotel Russell London, leading member of Cranfield faculty, Professor Andrew Kakabadse will be delivering the Work Group Session in front of Senior Learning and Development Professionals from a variety of global organisations at The Economist's Talent Management Summit.

Andrew, who is a Professor of International Management Development at Cranfield and teaches on our Full-time and Executive MBA programmes, will be raising the question: "What is the definition of great engagement and what is the correlation between understanding company culture and adding value to the business"?
