The art of successful project management

This programme provides you with tools and techniques that are practical and flexible to take you beyond the methodologies to help you manage projects in constantly changing environments. Increasingly, conventional approaches to project and programme management are failing to address successfully complexity, uncertainty and rapidly changing conditions. Led by Stephen Carver, we show you the art of project management that breaks the rules, to help you achieve more. By mixing with other experienced project managers you will be able to share knowledge and best practice and identify process improvements.

What is it about?

This programme will give you the very latest thinking about the behaviours that underpin effectiveness in this area. Over the two days, a team of elite faculty who also have a strong track record of industry experience will bring their unique approach to project and programme management to you.

Combining the very latest cutting edge research with case studies, you will explore the different attributes and approaches of projects and programme management. Culminating in the final part of the second day, you will have the opportunity to undertake a real flight simulation exercise to practice some of the roles and responsibilities.
