Executive Learning Network
Working with 70:20:10

Date: 25 November 2010
Location: Cranfield Management Development Centre

Our Executive Learning Network events are lively and informal days and an opportunity to come to Cranfield and share your experiences of executive learning with colleagues and members of the Cranfield team.

On November 25th we will explore the concept of 70:20:10 and its implications and potential in executive development. As organisations are becoming increasingly interested in leveraging this approach (acknowledging that 70% of learning is ‘on the job’, 20% is through others, and only 10% is through ‘formal learning’) we will explore what this means in practice and how the approach can underpin more effective executive development.

The event will include inputs and facilitation from Charles Jennings, a thought-leader in this field and former Chief Learning Officer of Reuters and Thomson Reuters.

If you would like to join us, please contact Jane Wharmby at jane.wharmby@cranfield.ac.uk or call +44 (0)1234 754426.
