Background

After completion of her first degree, Christina’s main operational management experience was within the food processing and safety fields. She spent 7 years working in production management within 2 large food processing companies, in the UK. This was followed by eleven years with the BSI Group where key responsibilities included implementation of the global food safety business strategy.

Prior to starting at Cranfield School of Management, Christina completed her MSc in Food Chain Systems. Her thesis investigated the sustainability mechanisms being implemented within a specific agri-food supply chain; UK potatoes, using a case study approach.

Research Topic

Increasing organizational effectiveness and responsiveness of a Global Operating Model within a supply chain context.
