Research Issue

The use of artistic forms, i.e. poetry, paintings, theatre performance, music, etc., as research methodology when studying the aesthetic dimension, i.e. felt sense experience, of phenomena in organizations and management studies.

Research Methods

Interpretive methods focusing on aesthetic experience.

Why I Chose Cranfield

Because of the opportunity to work with Donna Ladkin as supervisor and because of the emphasis on praxis.
