Background
I am a lecturer in marketing at Middlesex University. Before joining academia I was in the jewellery industry and worked as a sales manager for 6 years.
Research Topic
Key Account Management in an Arab Context.
Research Issue
My research interests are in business-to-business marketing, relationship marketing, international marketing, and sales & key account management.
My doctoral research is looking at:
1 - How is KAM relationship management applied in an Arab context?
2 - What are the factors that influence these relationships?
Sector
Private Sector and Public Sector.
Research Methods
For this doctoral thesis, an exploratory cross-sectional qualitative research was designed, using semi-structured interviews as the main data collection method.
