Teaching at Cranfield is interactive. Our students actively engage in discussions with faculty, sharing their ideas and real life experiences to develop their knowledge, spark innovative ideas and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
Teamwork is central to the Cranfield MBA experience and it fulfils two roles. Firstly, by working in teams our students are able to get through a much larger workload than they could by working individually. Secondly, teamwork, and specifically the analysis of team dynamics and performance, is used as a vehicle for personal development.
