After more ten years of experience in the business development aerea, in 1998 I joined the University of Rome as a research fellow. Now I am professor in management at the University of Macerata - Italy.

Research Issue
My reasearch issue is focused on the strategic and organizational decision making related to supply chains relocation towards low labour-cost countries.
Research Methods
Case studies and cognitive mapping. I will look at family owned businesses in the shoes industry and at how they have planned, or they are planning, relocating production towards low labour cost countries, with particular reference to the entrepreneurs` cognitive maps.Theoretical Perspective
