Background

I am an organizational consultant / leadership development scholar practitioner with 15 years experience in designing developing and implementing executive education programmes in a range of multi-cultural, complex stakeholder environments in Joint Ventures in Eastern Europe and Russia. Since 2001 I have been in roles ranging from small group consultant, faculty member and Programme Director for over 100 leadership in-company and open enrolment leadership development programmes at IMD in Switzerland and more recently at INSEAD in France where I am an adjunct faculty member in the OB department.

Research Topic

A longitudinal case study of the implementation of shared leadership in a senior team in a service sector company

Research Issue

In the face of an adaptive challenge how does the decision by the formal leader to encourage shared leadership help and hinder the senior teams ability to cope and perform.
