Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is a UK-wide programme enabling businesses to improve their competitiveness, productivity and performance. In practice, we help you to develop a project plan to address a specific logistics challenge, help to appoint a recently qualified person (known as the Associate) to work on each project, and provide academic supervision and support. KTPs typically vary in length from 1 to 3 years.
