The Accelerated Talent Development Programme (ATDP) is a year long management development journey. The ATDP is a combination of essential business knowledge with a powerful personal development focus and it is this particular dimension that makes the programme so compelling. The ATDP runs over two consecutive weeks with review days after three and twelve months. Felicia attended the Accelerated Talent Development Programme in March 2011.
