How to pay
If you require an invoice
Please download and complete an invoice request form for each yacht then email the completed form to cranfieldregatta@cranfield.ac.uk and CC somregatta@cranfield.ac.uk. Once the completed form is received we will make a provisional booking and our accounts department will raise an invoice using the details provided.
Payment of the invoice can be made by cheque or BACS transfer as described below. If paying by BACS transfer please use the invoice number as the payment reference. If paying by cheque please write the invoice number on the back.
All crew members will need to complete the individual application form. Please ensure that all crew members enter the team name as specified in the invoice request form.
Individual applications
Please have all crew members download and complete a copy of the individual application form. Completed forms should be emailed to somregatta@cranfield.ac.uk. Once the completed application form is received we will make a provisional booking.
If not paying via invoice, individual payment can be made by cheque or BACS transfer as described below. If paying by BACS transfer please indicate the date the payment was made on the application form and use your name as the payment reference. If paying by cheque please include a copy of the completed application form with payment.
Security deposit
If you are not using a Sunsail provided skipper a £3,000 returnable security deposit will be required, payable direct to Sunsail via a credit card impression taken when signing for the boat on the weekend of the regatta.
