Theoretical Perspective
My theoretical perspective of OL is aligned to Crossan et al (2002) who define Organisational Learning as “a dynamic process of strategy renewal occurring across three levels of the organisation: individual, group and organisational”.
Why I Chose Cranfield
I completed my MBA at Cranfield in 2006 and now work here in the Centre for Customised Executive Development.
