Cliff will introduce you to the 5 Key Strategic Questions that any organisation must answer and the strategic choices they must achieve in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. You will then have an opportunity to use these concepts and frameworks in a live Cranfield business simulation.
There will be winners (and prizes) and losers (possibly some bankruptcies!) and everybody will take back new insights into the strategic choices that face their own organisation.
