Jean is a Visiting Fellow with the Complex Systems Management Centre; she writes, teaches and researches in the area of complexity theory as applied to strategy, organisation development, policy and social change. She is currently completing a book for OUP, ‘Embracing Complexity’ together with Professor Peter Allen and Professor Cliff Bowman to be published in 2012.
