What are you an expert in?
Supporting individuals and groups to become more of who they really are: to increase confidence and self esteem.
What is it you are currently thinking about/care about in the world of work?
I’m particularly interested in relationships at work and the conversations that underpin them. Helping people appreciate the impact they have on others – in the team, organisational and family systems they are partof is an integral part of my work.
What would you like to see change in organisations?
I would love organisations to really encourage individuals to bring their true authentic selves to work, to help individuals discover their passion and purpose and to encourage them to align how they are at work with their true selves.
What is special about Praxis?
It creates the opportunity for individuals to reflect, share, experiment and learn: about themselves and the impact they have on those and the environment around them. Praxis encourages individual thought and stimulates difference – in safe environment away from the day-to-day pressureof work and family life.
Why does the programme you teach at Praxis matter inbusiness?
Ultimately all business is about relationships and relationships are about conversations. Having the skill and capability to make our conversations as effective as possible will have a massive positive effecton all our businesses. Having the difficult conversations that others avoid is a skill that great leaders possess.
How would you describe your teaching style?
I am described as energetic and challenging, informal and supportive.
