Vivian is a Visiting Tutor at The Praxis Centre and is an Executive Coach. In her coaching she brings together her experience and interest in business and psychology. Her area of expertise is both in executive coaching and facilitating Leadership/Management development programmes. She typically works with senior executives and senior teams within global, blue chip organisations.
She coaches Senior Executives on their leadership capability and works with Leaders and their teams to enhance their personal best performance always with the intention of having a visible & successful impact on the business.
Vivian started her career in organisational development as L&D manager at the BAA after a successful career in education.
She is a member of the Association for Coaching and has held joint Chair for the Independent Consultants Forum/CIPD Wimbledon Branch for the last two years.
Her personal style is attentive with an effective balance of challenge and support.
