Janice has won many awards for entrepreneurship, leadership and business mentoring.  She is author of Business Evolution, Creating Growth in a Rapidly Changing World endorsed by Lara Morgan and gaining much attention since its release in March 2014.

Janice B Gordon is also known as The Problem Solver with 25 years' business enterprise and marketing experience gained working with blue chip organisations such as BP, AOL and HSBC; before starting, running and growing her own businesses and advising in a varied business sector.

Janice ran a design consultancy selling in the USA and Europe; she went on to study for her Cranfield Executive MBA.  Thereafter, she worked with a customer experience innovation consultancy, before starting-up and growing her own businesses; which included an award winning restaurant and bar.

Janice founded The Problem Solving Company Ltd, a business consultancy which works with SMEs that have at least two years business experience.  The consultancy delivers bespoke growth strategies, building customer relationships and offers business transformational programmes.

Janice is proud to mentor internationally for the Cherie Blair Foundation and a selected Sage Business Expert.  Janice is an authoritative public speaker, she has been described as a 'world-wind of inspiration'; her motivational talks help business owners and leaders take immediate steps to grow their business.

Janice develops and delivers bespoke key account management programmes and customer relationships strategies to global businesses.
