Faculty from across the School are also involved in Research Centre activities, depending on the nature of the research project. We have worked with our marketing colleagues Professors Adrian Payne, Simon Knox and Lynette Ryals in a project looking at CRM implementation, and our supply chain colleagues Professor Alan Harrison and Dr. Andrew White on a study of agile supply chains and the role of emergent information technologies.
