To examine those factors affecting the successful implementation of technology in HR, the use of technology for HR processes such as recruitment and selection payroll and training, the impact of technology on HR processes, employee engagement and communication and on the role and skills of HR.
Candidate requirements
- Degree in appropriate subject e.g. human resource management.
- asic understanding of information systems
