INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR WOMEN LEADERS

Executive Development Programmes

Over the past 15 years, women managers and directors from a diverse range of public and private sector organisations have attended our short courses. These are designed to help women develop their managerial effectiveness and their careers.

The emphasis of our programmes is on personal development within the organisational context, and participants are guaranteed a high degree of individual attention. There is also an option of running this open programme as a bespoke in-house programme to meet your specific organizational requirements.

Women as Leaders Workshop

A three-day workshop providing senior women managers and directors with new insights into the dynamics of leadership and new strategies for succeeding at the highest levels, without compromising their own beliefs and leadership style.
