Your Background:
You should have a good first degree (ideally in a relevant field such as sociology, psychology, statistics, management and business studies), and preferably a masters degree in a related subject (eg human resource management, organisational behaviour, psychology, women's studies). Previous research experience (eg the completion of a master's dissertation) would be an advantage.
Doctoral Programme Information:
Information on the Doctoral Programme is available via the Cranfield School of Management home page.
It may be possible for us to seek sponsorship of the project through our client organisations. ESRC bursaries may also be available on the usual terms. Full-time study bursaries (fees and maintenance) are occasionally given to outstanding doctoral applicants on a competitive basis. The Doctoral Programme manager will give further information on bursaries, but early application is necessary, particularly for ESRC bursaries.
