Aurora Chen

 

Aurora is a Visiting Fellow at the International Centre for Women Leaders.  Her research interests focus on how female managers develop their careers in different countries.  She completed her part-time doctoral research, which involved in-depth interviews with 36 women in the UK and Taiwan.  The study has clarified the concept of ‘career capital’.
