Research activities are aimed at assisting organisations in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of HR policies and benchmarking and forecasting trends, both in the UK and internationally.
Research themes include:

- technology in HRM
- age discrimination and the ageing workforce
- comparative international HRM.
