Cranfield School of Management

Executive MSc in Programme and Project Management

Why the Executive (part-time) Masters in Programme and Project Management?

Experience is a vital part of Programme and Project Management, but managers also often need an added range of skills and tools to meet the demands of complex projects.

Cranfield have responded to this need, by offering a postgraduate Masters level degree in Programme and Project Management built around a series of short stimulating and challenging residential modules. The modular format allows busy project managers to balance work and education and to apply newly acquired knowledge and experience straight back to the workplace.

This specialist Masters course in PPM is for individuals who already possess strong project knowledge and experience. The course carefully balances hard concepts, technical project know-how and management principles, designed to question and challenge traditional project management thinking. Students will also learn how to deal with behavioural and rational effects on project decisions and performance.

The course combines business managers, civil servants and serving military officers in a diverse environment that challenges paradigms.
