Exploring careers - individual and organizational perspectives

Contemporary career theory is rapidly developing in response to the growing business landscape and the increasing recognition of the discerning aspirations of individuals. Research from the individual perspective, the organizational perspective and from dual perspectives is currently at the forefront of these developments. Research areas include graduate/high potential careers and international/global careers, in particualr examining the expatriate experience.
Applications are invited from prospective doctoral students with an academic and practical interest and passion in this field of work.
Candidate requirements: A good first Degree in an appropriate subject e.g. Psychology, Social Sciences or Management
Preferably a Masters degree with good research grounding
Some knowledge of career issues (academic and practical)
