Attending a Programme
What should I wear whilst attending a programme?
The dress code whilst on the programmes is smart-casual. You may be required to wear more formal attire at some evening events, but you will be informed within your programme joining instructions.
Who can I expect on the programme with me?
Our programmes attract a varied and diverse range of people from all sectors and levels of management. The peers on your chosen programme will be of the same calibre as yourself, and will be facing similar business challenges - this is what makes attending an open programme so unique.
Do I need to buy the course material?
No, this is included in the cost. Also included will be access to our Knowledge Interchange where you will find the latest business thinking and Cranfield?s leading management research.
Should I bring my laptop?
You need only bring your laptop for personal use. There are areas of the school that provide wireless Internet connections and broadband access in your bedroom.
What facilities will be available at Cranfield School of Management?
Our award-winning Cranfield Management Development Centre - is a purpose-built residential and management training centre. For more information on learning facilities go our facilities page.
Who should I inform about special dietary requirements?
Once you are booked onto a programme you should advise the programme co-ordinator of any special dietary requirements, or any other special requirements you may have, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Participants are usually accommodated in the Cranfield Management Development Centre. Most programme fees include full-board accommodation for the duration of the programme. However, any extras such as telephone charges, newspapers, extra meals etc. should be paid for by the delegate on departure. Accommodation can usually be arranged for the night preceding the start date of the programme, at the participant?s request (subject to bedroom availability).

Occasionally, other accommodation is used as an alternative to Cranfield Management Development Centre, in which case this is made clear in the joining information.
What programme is most suitable for me?
This depends on what you or your organisation wants to gain from the programme. A good start is to decide what business/personal issues you are looking to develop and gain knowledge. You can browse our programmes by business issue or date using our 'Find a programme' function, or by completing the Personal Questionnaire our expert Client Service team will contact you with recommendations or connect you to a programme director.

Travelling to Cranfield
Cranfield School of Management is situated in Bedfordshire close to the border with Buckinghamshire. The School is located almost midway between the towns of Bedford and Milton Keynes and is conveniently situated between junctions 13 and 14 of the M1.
London Luton, Stansted and Heathrow airports are 30, 90 and 90 minutes respectively by car, offering superb connections to and from just about anywhere in the world.
