Jane has a background as a strategic change specialist with over 16 years of experience working for various Blue Chip companies. During this time she developed a specific interest in how to develop leaders and is currently studying for her doctorate. Her current research is in the areas of Leadership, Learning and Change Management. She has extensive experience in both individual and group executive learning. Her particular interests are in inquiry methodologies, mentoring, coaching and action learning as ways of developing executives’ competencies whilst focusing on their personal and organisation’s development. Jane has also been involved in developing a model of sectoral learning, and looking at the depth of learning required for various categories of change.
